Bliss Yoga Winter Series
In our yoga classes, you will be guided to identify which behaviours and beliefs may have contributed to your present state of health.
More importantly, you will have an active role in your own healing using yoga postures, breath work, and meditation.
Flexibility not required. Start from where you are. Everybody has a yoga body.
Private yoga therapy sessions are available upon request.
