Entry management for events is key to ensuring event security and revenue assurance. The Ptix platform has several options to allow Premier Tickets or event staff to handle event management.

Box Office

  • Box Office Manager / Staff / Training
    There are multiple options to ensure smooth gate entry during an event. With several staff members available, Ptix is able to provide a box office manager and/or box office staff, all of whom are trained on the Ptix system. Should you wish to use your own staff, we are happy to provide training course in gate management and ticket validation.

  • Event Sales
    Utilizing a Ptix box office worker allows for you to continue processing orders through the Ptix system. These transactions can be processed as cash or credit transaction. With full management of the float, we remove any hassle created during the gate management process.

  • Order Lookup
    A Ptix box office staff member can access any order and admit a specific tickets, should the customer lose or misplace their ticket. The customer can also choose to search for their order using the ptix.bm/findorder link on a desktop or mobile device.

  • Wristbanding/ Seating / Ushering
    To ensure valid event entry, we recommend the implementation of several Ptix tools.  For reentry purposes, we can supply events with wristbands, which can be handed out as tickets are scanned. For seated events, we have the ability to supply usher staff who can assist customers to their seats.

Scanning Features

We recommend that the majority of events, particularly large-scale events utilize the Ptix online scanning admission tool. This is to ensure valid entry for each ticket and prevent the use of duplicate tickets. On average, each Premier Ticket staff member can scan up to 10 eTickets per minute, with a proven track record of ensuring rapid entry for 800+ person events. Premier Tickets can enable existing event organizer gear to be compatible with the CodeREADr platform or provide a full package of scanning gear. Furthermore, Premier Tickets offers full solutions for internet connectivity in remote locations such as beach concerts.

Accreditation

Premier Tickets can offer a fully functional accreditation registration and management system. Registration for all credentials required can be processed through the Premier Tickets software engine as a branded responsive design portal. All people requiring accreditation access to multiple entry points will be required to register through this portal. Registrants will be required to enter a certain level of information and a photo before they are able to be reviewed and approved for accreditation access. Once access has been granted, the registrant will receive an accreditation badge featuring a QR code, which contains the necessary accreditation information. Each code can be scanned through our CodeREADr app, which will either permit of refuse the accreditation as valid.
