Join Maryem, Founder & CEO of the Bermudaful Centre for Mindfulness, for a weekly 60-minute Yoga for Athletes class, expertly tailored to enhance your physical and mental performance. This class uses traditional yoga principles to focus on flexibility, strength, and mindfulness techniques that are essential for every sportsperson. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to improve your game, reduce injury risk, and cultivate a more focused mind. Embrace this journey towards greater athletic excellence and personal well-being with Maryem’s guidance!
Maryem is a certified RYT-500 Yoga instructor, a Reiki master, and a certified mindfulness teacher. Her classes are anatomy-informed and her instructions are geared towards injury prevention. By bringing everything back to the breath, she helps the practitioner learn in a relatable and easy way to practice.

Register for class no later than 6.00 pm the day before (Friday). Once you've purchased your ticket, email the confirmation/receipt to Maryem at [email protected] She will greet you at Spirit House a few minutes early so you can take your place and get settled before the start of class.
If you need to cancel a class for which you registered, you can get a credit - redeem it by attending the following class. The credit will expire after that. To claim the credit, email your cancellation message to [email protected] no later than the day before (Friday) at 6.00 pm.
