PTIX makes promoting easy!
 
I have been using PTIX for all events I help with for the past couple years. Michael Branco and his team are fabulous! They are very supportive of all their customers needs. They really give you 100% when it comes to service. No matter what questions or concerns I would have, they are quick to respond to an email or phone call.

Little things are noticed. Like someone who has purchased a General Admission ticket for an event and would like to upgrade to VIP, they are more than willing to do what is needed to change the ticket for the customer.

When promoting an event the ticket sales are always the hardest part. From keeping track of how many are sold, to meeting people to give the physical ticket to. PTIX manages it all. You can simply say BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE @ www.ptix.bm... DONE DEAL :)

Customer Service at PTix is second to none.

They truly aim to please and give their all at any time of day or night to remedy unforeseen issues as they arise and their response to last minute requests were never a problem and implemented immediately.

PTix staff are always so patient, gracious and helpful and truly made organising a first time event for us as easy and pleasant as possible.

Ptix always strives to improve their services and also provided excellent recommendations to us for improving our event.   We were very grateful to work with them to ensure our event ran smoothly on the ticketing and scheduling side of things and hope to continue this positive partnership in the future.
