Sixth Annual Bermuda Piano Festival

The Sixth Annual Bermuda Piano Festival is pleased to present three concerts at the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art on June 20th, 22nd, and 24th, 2023 (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights), featuring five outstanding performing artists.

The Festival opens on Tuesday with solo and four-hands works by Clementi, Schubert, Villa-Lobos, Gershwin, Barber, Silvestrov, and Oakley performed by renowned pianists Eteri Andjaparidze, Inga Kashakashvili, Santiago Lomelín, and Alex Tuchman.

On Thursday, Alex Tuchman, the Festival’s founder and artistic director, performs works by Debussy and Fauré and joins cellist Kate Kayaian in Shostakovich’s Sonata for Cello and Piano.

The Festival concludes on Saturday with a programme celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sergei Rachmaninoff, including some of his most popular and beloved works for piano.  The performers are Eteri Andjaparidze, Inga Kashakashvili, Santiago Lomelín, and Alex Tuchman.

Each concert begins at 7:30pm and lasts about one hour.  Admission is free and open to the public.  As the festival relies upon the generosity of businesses and individuals for funding, attendees are encouraged to make a donation.
