Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Every week, we take a moment to sit, ground ourselves, and connect to the here and now. All it takes is 25 minutes of meditation and discussion, then everyone can go back to their day feeling more grounded and better-connected.

Meditation, when practiced regularly for even a few minutes at a time, allows us to feel calmer, more focused, and able to manage everyday stressors.

Meditation puts a welcome gap between stimulus and response. Sometimes that gap is all we need.

Log on five minutes before class so that we can get any announcements and glitches out of the way and start our gathering on time.

Cancel a booked class no less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time without a penalty. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) and no-shows/no-cancels are both subject to that class being charged.
