This series of six, 60-minute classes is dedicated to mindfully connecting your body and your breath through yoga postures. Together we will move and breathe through stretching, balancing, and strengthening poses. Each week, we will focus on one family of postures (Asana) while keeping the practice balanced.
Log on five minutes before class so that we can get any announcements and glitches out of the way and start on time.
Cancel a booked class no less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time without a penalty. A late cancellation (less than 12 hours) is subject to a $10 fee. A no-show/no-cancel is subject to that class being charged.
