This one-hour class is dedicated to reconnecting your body and your breath through yoga postures. Together we will move through stretching, balancing, and strengthening poses.
Come early to make sure we're all settled and spaced properly before we begin our practice. Bring your own mat, towel, water bottle, and props. Keep your mask on until you're settled on your mat.
Cancel a booked class no less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time without a penalty. A late cancellation or a no-show/no-cancel is subject to that class being charged.
