After dazzling palates at last year’s Restaurant Weeks, Chef Eric Adjepong returns to Bermuda virtually in 2021 to lead an online cooking class, inspired by his visits to the island. The culinary star from Bravo’s Top Chef will prepare a coconut curry lobster with coconut rice and he invites you to join him from your own kitchen and prepare the dish with him step-by-step. You’ll also get to hear stories from Chef Eric’s visit to the island – his favourite places to eat, forage and scout out local tastemakers. This is an official Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) Restaurant Weeks event.
Ticket purchasers will receive their list of ingredients and Zoom log in credentials one week before the class. Those who purchase their tickets after this time will receive their information the next business day. The BTA will provide recommendations on where to purchase ingredients for those participating from Bermuda.
Tickets must be purchased before Monday, February 8th to participate in this experience.
